I AM PLANNING TO STACK PRIMOBOLAN (INJECTABLE) AND ANAVAR FOR 12 WEEKS. ( I HAVE RAN HEAVIER STUFF LIKE SUS250 , EQ, & DIANBOL BEFORE -LIKE 6YRS AGO)
NOW I DO NOT WANT TO GAIN ALOT OF MUSCLE I JUST WANT TO GET CUT UP AND BE STRONGER.
PRIMO - 400MG EW ( MON & FRI ) - MAYBE SWITCH WITH EQ (400MG)
ANAVAR - 25MG ED
SHOULD I GET ANTI - E JUST IN CASE??
MY FOOD INTAKE IS AS FOLLOWED.
BREAKFAST: CHICKEN BREAST, SWEET POTATOES , YAM, BEANS, PEAS, & BIG BOWL OF SALAD( TOMATOES, BROCCOLI, &SALAD) - ALL IN SMALL PORTIONS.
SNACK : APPLES ( 10AM)
LUNCH : SAME AS BREAKFAST (12 PM)
SNACK: SWEET POTATOES, BROCCLOI, TOMATOES (3PM)
SHAKE: Optimum 100% Whey Gold Standard -2SCOOPS( 5PM)
WORK OUT!!
