Hi everyone. I want to make sure that I am eating enough calories. I am trying to get my weight up to 220 before I start my cycle. What does everyone think? I have always been pretty lean.

I make sure that I eat at least 4k calories a day. (usually falls from 4000-4300)
Roughly
85g Fat 20%
450-500g Carbs 45%
350g Protein 35%
Most everyday it is clean food. (fast food maybe twice a week) I'm pretty busy with school so I don't have a bunch of time to write down my diet. For protein I eat a lot of egg whites, fish, chicken, turkey, lean ground beef, fat free cottage cheese, and 2 whey shakes per day(including pwo). I get my carbs from pasta, whole wheat bread, fruit,but mostly oats and brown rice. I get my fats from whole eggs, peanut butter, milk (sometimes), and fish oils. What do you guys think? Enough? I am open for any suggestions. Thank you!
