    Pictures of me

    First Picture: On the first half I was 280 lbs and on the second half I am 195. Took me roughly a year.

    Second Picture: On the first half I was 216 lbs and on the second half I am 205. That was in a 4-5 month time period.

    Stats:

    Age - 24
    Weight - 205 lbs
    Height - 6 foot
    BF - around 15%

    I find it really hard for me to lose all my fat. I workout like a beast. I just graduated from college so I got lots of time on my hands. I am currently doing 1 hr bike cardio in the morning(empty stomach) then 1 hr weights in the afternoon followed by 1 hr bike. I try to burn 1000 calories a day with only cardio but I usually end up burning around 1200. I am reviewing my diet atm and I am looking for another big transformation in 3 months or so.

    My current cycle (my first) I am on is the following:

    Currently starting week 5 this Monday.

    weeks 1-15 Test Cyp @ 400 mg/week
    weeks 11-15 Winny pills @ 50 mg/day

    PCT thanks to jAcKeD (Start week 17)

    week 17 Nolva @ 40 mg
    weeks 18-20 Nolva @ 20 mg

    day 1 Clomid @ 300 mg
    day 2 Clomid @ 150 mg
    day 3-7 Clomid @ 100 mg
    weeks 18-20 Clomid @ 50mg

    Almost 10 lbs I guess. The scale in our gym is broken but they have a replacement for now which is off a bit. I do a ton of cardio which might affect my weight but my strength is really good. On steroids, I should be able to do more cardio without worrying about losing muscle. So far I look leaner plus my body is getting harder (especially today). Tomorrow should be fun! Test Cyp should kick in this week or next, can't wait.

    Awesome transformation. I have no idea what your lifting routine is, but I would work on low reps to help get some bulk muscle on you. Good luck with the cycle.

    Thanks guys. I am already looking leaner and I am weighing at 195. I am cutting down good, my strength is a little higher but recovery time is amazing. I cut down my cardio to 1 hr a day. I will post pics when I feel it's a huge change, right now I can see some abs in the morning. A lot in the gym say I am a gym freak now lol. My veins are amazing, wish I could get more. This my current workout schedule, I completely switched it up from my old one. aning

    If I had someone take pics for me, I would get a lot better ones. This is me yesterday. I am just getting leaner and bit stronger but I will take more in a few weeks when there will huge changes. I am more defined now and traps are a lot stronger now. My abs is going to take a while to get, my friend whose a personal trainer told me I lost a huge amount of weight so it will take 6 months to a year with the pace i am going now to get my abs.

    I am at 210 lbs now, so I have gained roughly 13-15 lbs on my cycle, week 8!

    I got people from facebook msging me a lot, saying how I am cutting down so fast lol. I think it's mostly my diet and cardio. I do a shitload of cardio plus my gym routine is intense. Can't wait till I try out winny!

    oh man I had HUGE pumps today when working out chest and biceps. I curled a plate (long bar) 3 sets. First set 10 times then 8 then 7. My chest I was explosive, benching 315 3 times after doing 2 sets of 260 x 8 and 2 sets of 275 x 8. I love the veins. If I could take some pics in the gym, i would. I look a lot different when i am pumped lol. Some people are getting suspicious but i could careless.

    UPDATE: I am up to around 220lbs now. I don't have any pictures though yet. So I have gained around 25lbs in 10 weeks.

    lol man. Honestly, I look the same but bulked up more. Pictures always make me look smaller too. I look at my pics I posted (recent ones) and i just laugh. If i could take one in the gym, it would be sick. I have strong pecs and shoulders, my strongest parts. I posted a diet on the diet forum, hoping for some advice. I want to start strict cutting. I was sort of bulking by cutting down cardio plus eating a lot of carbs. I found carbs is what help me gain, I gain ridiculously easy.

    lol ya it's addictive. I wasn't concerned with my health yrs ago till I had problems walking and breathing. At 280, my life was horrible. I can't imagine if I were at over 300. I ate junk food, pasta,pizza every single day. I still do eat but not every single day lol. Junk food i just keep to a minimum now, mostly just icecream and chocolates that I only crave every once in a while.

    Nothing much, was just screwing around was bored ... my arm, shoulders, forearm are what my cycle has made me improve a ton. I am going to be getting a tan in a few weeks which would make me look different, I am too damn white.

    I put a before and after for my arm, it's roughly an inch and a bit bigger. Plus it's more leaner and cut. I am not done my cycle yet but almost there.

    You guys think I changed a lot and did alright for first cycle? I know for damn sure if I had a perfect diet, I would be gaining way more ... I have the body and dedication to grow big. Also my family and friends are getting scared at how vascular i am getting, i guess it's winny or something lol.
