First Picture: On the first half I was 280 lbs and on the second half I am 195. Took me roughly a year.
Second Picture: On the first half I was 216 lbs and on the second half I am 205. That was in a 4-5 month time period.

I find it really hard for me to lose all my fat. I workout like a beast. I just graduated from college so I got lots of time on my hands. I am currently doing 1 hr bike cardio in the morning(empty stomach) then 1 hr weights in the afternoon followed by 1 hr bike. I try to burn 1000 calories a day with only cardio but I usually end up burning around 1200. I am reviewing my diet atm and I am looking for another big transformation in 3 months or so.
