heres my dilema... i usually wake up and within a half hour to a hour need to go to the gym... what can do i for a prewrk out meal or even shake? any suggestions???

Oats are good for your carbs, then maybe some egg/egg whites for your protein. I would save the shake for post workout.
Like DSM said.
wake up, eat some egg whites and oats.
Take any of your pre workout supps
Then work out.
Then down a shake.
