    Need some advice

    Been on here for a while, this is a new screen name. Im 5,11 160lbs. Yeah, i know. Had a rough break-up lost about 25lbs in the past 3 month's. I have a very healthy diet and I work out hard. My problem is im a hard gainer even when I eat like shit. Ive done a few cycles in the past, test-e deca ect. I am so ****ing small right now its a real up hill battle trying to get back to where I was. After a girl told me i looked like a 16 year old cause my size i thought I gotta do something. lol. I was thinking about running a deca 300 mg/wk cycle. Now I want to know whats the minimum amount of test I can run with this. I hate test, vowed never to do it agian, made me crazy bloated, broke both my hands beating people up, and almost killed my ex. This is making me think maybe i should just run deca 300mg week alone, i have in the past and was happy, no bloat and dick was good. What do you think guys, need somethin to help me get right agian.

    Negative, First of all someone in your weight class needs a bigger diet up those calories to put on some weight first then think abotu gear. But I know you dont want to hear that so i'll tell you what to take cuz yo urgunan do it anyway :>. 600mgs EW, 75mgs test prop ED, you wont get the bloat with the prop like you did last time with the other test. This will be sufficient. You can even go every other day if you want with the prop. Just watch your salts and drink 1 1/2-2 gallons water a day.

    yeah my bad im 26 so you can see why im pissed about my weight, its kinda sad.lol. i really wanna stay away from test, im one of those people who has a bad anger reaction when on. I mean real bad.

    dotn do deca then cuz 300mgs isnt gunan do anything and 600 mgs you need test with it, prop aint badd, with bloat or anger- you should be ok.

    Well i try to eat mostly chicken, fish, black beans. Stuff like that, I love being cut, but now since ive lost so much weight im just skinny as hell. I know this isnt the section but you guys would really be helping me with any diet plan, advice ect.

    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat



    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

    Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat



    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
    **Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.


    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat



    Workout


    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat



    Meal 6: PPWO

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat



    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat



    Meal 8: Before Bed

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat


    That turns into approximately 420 grams protein, 250 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories

    Wow thanks alot bro. I really apreciate the help from you guys, since this **** left I think losing weight has been more upsetting than the break-up. Really, thanks.

    eat kale's diet. Learn how to train from the training forum of this board from the stickies at the top. Don't be an idiot on cycle. Being on a cycle is no excuse, you control your behavior. If you can't control yourself stick to creatine bro. Forget the deca, run 300-500mg test wk with an anti-e if you are worried about bloat. Get letro just in case gyno shows up. Didn't show up for me until my 3rd cycle of test and it was a lower dosage. so be prepared.
