Thread: DNP dosage????

    Cool DNP dosage????

    I have a mild cycle of Var/ TBol that I will be starting the end of this month. I wanted to get rid of 20 100mg DNP pills laying around before my cycle and was wondering what would be a better way of dosing. 100mg/ed for 20 days OR 200mg/ed for 10 days. Any suggestions??

    Well as with anything you wanna taper up. Start with 200mgs and work your way up til you find your own tolerance. It'll probably be around 400 tho. Don't take DNP while taking var and tbol. Also I know your not gonna run two orals at the same time so i won't even touch on that.

    Then i wouldn't even run it until you get more. You have to take about 400mgs ed for i would say at least 10-14 days before its worth it. Get some more then run your cycle.

    2 things JC: I AM running 2 orals and am VERY excited about it BUT that wasn't the thread starter question so it doesn't much matter. Second thing, I am not interested in running 400mg of DNP.

    Well since i have to pick one, I'd go with option B. The 200mgs for 10days. I don't think you'll see the results you want at 100mgs.

    I have read a lot of people getting good results with DNP at low dosages(250mgs ed) and just extending the cycle a bit longer......

    Yea, I have heard the same thing. With less sides as well. Unfortunately, I have only 20 100mg pills around but I will be happy if I lose 2-3 pounds in 10 days.

    i say do 100mg for 10days then 200mg for 5 days.....that would be a 15day cycle......you could probably lose at least 2-4lbs with a real strict diet and some good cardio
