    Hi i am new to the anabolic scene i am 6.1 and 270 pounds and body fat is 29% i know its a lot but my arms and shoulders are toned and legs pretty toned as well ,i train 4 to 5 days a week at the mom im back from a injury that had me out for 5 months i am looking to do a cutting cycle but i will listen to all recomadations my cardio is at 20 min a day,i put on 6 pounds in last 3 weeks and eating a pretty good diet i take Kre Akilen creatine,Gacik and raptor 70,should i do a cycle please and if so let me know THANKS

    how much wieght have you lost in these 5 months?

    Dont cycle until you body fat is low. Excess fat makes the sides run wild, not worth it. If you had to id say diet really strict and use 40mg/day anavar.

    agreed with everyone..roids arent magic...before you do it DROP THE FAT!!

    up your cardio to 30mins at the very LEAST!

    so if your arms and legs are toned, but your almost 30% bf whats your stomach look like? too much beer?

    and 20 min of running won't do much except help you break a sweat. finally.. why are you still gaining weight if you want to do a cutting cycle?

    Hes got a very fat back, perfect for slappin! Kidding. You might want to look into appetite suppressants if you need some extra help. Talk to you doctor and tell them you are having a hard time.

    go to a doctor at a wieght loss clinic. If there are some where you live,,,,,and they do as they do around here.......you can get some very good suppressants . Also do a search on ECA. Try the sugar free energy drinks for breakfast and and before workouts too. Up the cardio. Do not starve yourself!!!!! You can eat alot if its the right kind of food, FACT less calories doesn't mean you'll loose more wieght. At 270 you should be getting around 3,000 clean cals. a day. Set reasonable goals, it should take you around 6-10 months to loose 50lbs. At 6-1 and 220lbs. then consider a cycle for looking more ripped. I'd be happy to help you tailor a diet.

    ... anavar does have some real uses.. not for kids..
