    > I would advise 3500 calories a day from 7 meals about 500 calories at each meal.

    450g protein = 1800 calories
    200g carbohydrates = 800 calories
    100g fat = 900 calories
This will give you 3500 calories. Roughly a 50/25/25 break down

well.. ON would love you after this diet atleast.. 8 scoops a day? that sounds like some serious overkill imo. that also means you'd be relying on shakes for 192g, or almost half of your protein intake..

No idea about your stats OR goals so dont know how anyone can advise you.

But I can almost guarantee your protein is WAY too high. No need for that. Your carbs in the last diet you posted are like 50g the entire day. Seems pretty low.

But again no idea on your stats or what you are trying to do so cant really help ya out.

Dont rely on protein shakes that much either. Get whole food in your body. Also, although calories should be split fairly evenly. It would be a good idea to have more calories (at least through carbs) in your first meal and PWO meal.

i might go just one scoop for the last meal. some carbs pwo, carbslam was suggested before, just straight carb powder i'm pretty sure.

you definitely focused on the protein aspect, but you have to balance it. maybe oatmeal or rice or something with the cottage cheese. get some more carbs. you could probably use some lean steak for a meal every now and then
