Couple spots a week. They dissapear, get one or two next week, then they dissapear, rinse and repeat. Sometimes my skin is perfectly clear even but I still use the topicals cause I know i'd break out more if I stopped. Never had any form of cystic acne on my face ever. To the point, has anybody with very mild acne actually broken out to all hell (cystic, etc) after a cycle? Or does it usually just heighten the severity of your current condition? As in mild acne sufferers might experience a little more towards moderate while severe acne sufferers will have horrid breakouts? Or can people completely go from zero to severe? I know some people never experience any acne but apparently that's a rarity. Just wondering, looking for some opinions. I'm currently using retin-a micro now and loving it. I've read pages & pages of acne posts here but wanted to post my personal questions. Thanks for any replies, appreciated.
