Ive been training my cousin for the past 6 months, 5 days a week. Hes 24 lean, Getting strong, and definitly gained some size since he started. his form is great, and his diet is good.
Id like to get something to bulk him up. Ive been out of the loop for so long in supplements and PH's, im not sure what im looking at anymore. Cause something that was good 6 months ago, might be crap now.
A recommendation on a good stack or stand alone and pct would be appreciated.
