Many people knew him better than me but I knew enough of him to know he was just an overall great person. Always willing to help and still made time to joke around and have fun. He brightened things up and people respected him and his advice.
Might want to check the sticky thread all the way up top
He was a respected member, hall of famer, and friend. He was always willing to help and tried to help members of all ages, even the stubborn ones. He offered great insight and advice from knowledge and personal experience. He passed unexpectedly and was a great loss to many

Miss you Man of Steel
wow, i really wish i had the chance to know him
he was a ball buster, who knew his stuff, a straight shooter... he is still around or someone uses his thread-lol - not really sure how that works there but...
he really had good insight, and had a great way of saying it...
he is def missed on this board
he was a father of this site along with swolecat and a few others they had more info in there head just those two to make this whole site and thats not a joke both were stand up type of guys who didnt bull shit you
T-Mos was our greatest member a role model to me. He and Rage helped me out so much and when he passed it was devistating.
I carry a piece of paper I keep in my wallet that I got laminated with his obituary on one side and the words "Do it for T-Mos" on the other.
Any time I feel like I can not make it to the gym or if something in life feel unatainable I pull it out and read those words.
Hoping he is looking down on me and proud of all I have accomplished with both my body and life.
Ball buster indeed, overall very wise.
This trhead makes me realize how much I miss him being around.
T-Mos was a cool guy, we talked regular and he had a very pleasent attitude to life![]()
