    bicept and leg injection question?

I am intrested in some growth on my bicepts. I currenty inject 500mg-wk of enan and 75mg or prop ED in to my glut and my shoulders. I am looking for growth on my bicepts.. Anyone here do this(im sure).. First first timers like myself as its a new muscle to inject how is the pain afterwards?( i know, no pain no gain) . I will be using a 1inch needle and need some advice.
Do i put the entire 1inch of it in? Where is the best spot on the bicept to inject?

as for the leg, would 1inch be fine if i shot into my top of my leg?

your bicepts will never grow because you dont have any
on the other you may have a pair of biceps

it doesnt matter where you shoot its not like that area will get bigger than any others if you need an area to grow look up workouts for it and check your diet. changing injection location wont do shiz

    agreed^
yet another question that gets asked at least once a week, growth from typical spot injections is a myth, it just doesn't work that way.

For some reason for me, biceps generally dont hurt at much as triceps. however they both hurt more than other, more reasonable locations.

No,spot injections is a myth as the previous guys said,it doesnt matter where you inject..if you never injected in the bicep,it will hurt ..

Actually it could be a disadvantage if you get some really pain in the bicep.

I think it's a good idea to get used to many injection sites, giving plenty of options.

i did my second shot in my shoulder last friday and its finally starting to swell down, hurt quite a bit where i had to walk with my arm out looking like a monkey, while i did my other shoulder and its totally fine now. I think tommorow is a shoulder day as in my workout log its time to do shoulders tommorow. I want to get use to many injections for plenty of options as you stated "Big". Thanks for the advice
