I just finished my 6th week of HGH use at 6 IU/day. I haven't experienced any sides at all, so I've been entertaining moving my dosage up above the 6 IU to either 7 or 8 IU/day. Would this be worth it or would I just be throwing money down the drain? Honestly, it's not about the money, I'd inject 30 IU a day and pay the cost if I thought that's what would help me with my goals, but if you honestly think that it won't be beneficial to my gains then I'll heed the advice.
I've put on about 10 lbs in the first month of lifting/HGH. My body fat stayed at exactly 15.6% during the first month. Is this normal? People make it sound like HGH will just shred body fat non-stop, but I was able to put on some fat in the first month. I'm not worried about it, because I did make nice lean mass gains.. I'm just wondering how often gaining fat is actually seen while using HGH.
