    Red face Pleas Help

    Hi, im new here and im going to do my first cycle ever, and i guess i just whant ur guys opinion if i got it right.O yaa im 5.7 and my weight is 130lb im 23.

    im planning on doing Deca x Testosterone-Cypionate for 8 weeks
    deca at 250-300mg/weekly and test 250mg/weekly

    than for PCT like iv read here 18 days of last shot i will do 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex for 30 days ( i cant get L-dex )

    Ok guys so any sugestions pleas write them down, all help Iv got is internet and u guys. and yes im new to roids even do iv been reading for while now.

    first off how many years weight training, secondly 130 ...diet may need a bit of tweaking if your not 5% bodyfat er something , and from what ive read on here you dont really need to stack if this is your first cycle just stick with test at 400-500mg/week for 10-12 weeks. IMO

    weight lifting 8 years my body fat is 8-9% i swim everyday and i have soccer practice 3 times a week 2hours of it and my diet maybe need some tweaking i eat 4 meals a day (chicken breast and fish can tuna everyday ) i eat 2 protein bars between meals and always eat something every 2-2.5 hours.
    the problem iv got is everytime i gain around 5 lb i get like a flu and loose 6-8 lb i really dont know why my doctors (been asking 2 of them ) dont know why is that happening. thats why i wonna try juice. if u guys dont wonna help thats fine also , thanks for ur input.


    Branch W. and NATE0406 guys think that test would be good by itself ?? what i really wont is around 10-15lb but what ever i will get it will be fine even stable 5lb.


    P.S why should i not stack with deca ??

    Its just so that if something goes wrong you will know what caused it. If you take too many compounds at first you wont know what is causing side effects. Better to let your body get used to just the test then in future cycles add deca or something else.

    You could do it on diet alone. You just need to up your calories. Just eating the fish or chicken is good, but if you're not gaining then that only means one thing, your calories burned are still higher than your calories taken in. Plain and simple. You can argue that you are a hard gainer blah blah blah, but there is no way around the fact that if you take in more than you burn, you WILL GAIN. Drop the protein bars for some real food between meals. Calculate your BMR then what you burn in workouts and take in 500kcals more than that if you want to gain. That might mean you have to eat 5-6 500 calorie meals a day. That 100 calorie protein bar isn't going to cut it. You also need tons of micronutrients from vegatables. If you don't have the nutrients then all the protein in the world won't make you grow. You also need tons of carbs. With your workouts you should be pounding down the carbs and unsaturated fats.

    If you sat down and calculated it all out i would bet money that your intake isn't high enough to put on size. Most aren't. Then it depends on what. When i stopped eating crap and had healthy calories I didn't have to eat near as much and I gained 40lbs. I was taking in 5000+ calories but mostly crap. I turned around and started a 3100kcal diet with good food and gained fast and hard.

    its probably garbage. 5000 calories and 292 grams of protein, its probably packed in fat and sugar plus it dosnt state what kind of protein. i would like to see the ingrediants in it

    5000 cals in one serving huh??? how much of that shit do they want you to drink? and dude come on seriously?

    EAT MORE FOOD! at 130lbs, you need to eat and more than likely train harder and a little more... If you can manage to get up to at LEAST 155 or so, then maybe think about AAS. I have a hard time believeing you eat enough or train hard enough to justify your useage of juice...

    But till then, you need to check out the diet fourm, and workout techniques...
    Also, everyone is right, its your first cycle, just stick with test for 10-12 weeks...
