my nipples are never itchy but for the past few days they have been sore when i push on them, its not a constant thing but it is enough to get me worried. iv got pleanty of nolva on hand, what do u guys think play it safe or save a few bucks???

Play it safe. Nolva's cheap, surgery is expensive. Anytime my nips are sore I figure its gyno, and go for the nolva.

Definitely throw in the nolva. Better to be on the safe side.
