    Do Steroids increase the risk of hernia??

    you will want to lift as heavy as possible during a cycle,so imo this can cause hernia??

    um No. People thinking they are superman on cycle and lifting too much with wrong from cause hernia.

    Your question means medically do AAS cause hernias.

    could it not strengthen you abdomen muscles thus reducing the risk of hernia also??

    i had a small inguinal hernia last year. i was on cycle but nothing more than test.

    i guess indirectly, if you have sudden new strength, and breathe or lift wrong while in the gym, it "may" contribute to getting a hernia.

    also, some men are born with small hernias and/or weak lower abdominal wall, and you wont know for years until you force it to show up on the skin surface by means of improper form or lifting.
