well to be honest guys that website everyone recommends is shiiiit ( s p o t i n j e c t i o n s . coM! went to my doctor today and he said who ever gives information on injecting there doesn't know what they are talking about, Delt injections only need quarter or max half an inch needle and should be jabbed in the outer side of ur upper arm. i blacked out because i listen to this bollox from the site!

You blacked out from what? Pain or what?? The glute injections are shown exactly how they are done. BTW it is pretty standard to use a 5/8" to 1" length needle between 22g to 25g for deltoid injection.

I dont usually use delts I feel you shouldnt sink the whole 1" pin there unless you have really big delts. 3/4" should be deep enough.

I always sink the 1'' pin in the delts, obviously it depends on how thick you are.
