    advise for a female

I'm not the female ofcourse.. This is a question for my lady..

Well she just gave birth about 4 months ago & she wants to loose weight & get back in shape.
    She's now 5.1 in / 150lb / 32 age.

she started the gym back up again and she's been asking me if I can get her something to loose weight but not sure what for a female!
She use to get these shots from a doc before she gave birth (the famous b12 shots) & she got in shape with these shots.
what can you recomend for a female besides those b12 shots?

um i recommend diet and exercise. B-12 may be counterproductive as it will increase your hunger. no matter what dont give her any steroids, ever.

lame, some nub wants to avoid all the hard work and get quick results. With a month of good planned cardio and eating she can lose most of her pregnancy weight and get her figure back. definately not worth any effects from gear, especially with a woman. and if she is breast feeding then even more reason not to, thats the equivalent of giving your baby poison.

    Congrats on the new baby..

My son is 8 months now, if she is breast feeding, that will be the best for her, since she is a little older, i know she is struggling and frustrated.. my wife had the same problem, 5'8" 155 lbs and 41..

she broke through to 149 today so she is very happy.. after making sure the diet is right (she is not breast feeding any longer) and a multi (will retain water on) got her caloric intake to 1400 per day.. 4g fish oils per day with fish 4x week..

hope that points you in the right direction..

    and again.. congrats..

if she is set on using a steroid..

    1-2 wk 5 mg var
    3-8 wk 10mg var

but remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so body composition is what she should be watching..

No she's not breast feeding anymore but your right she should just stick with cardio & good diet... I just was not sure if there were some good fat burners out there for females.
And yes she's frusterated rigth now & I'm just tiered of hearing her every day "baby I'm fat, you don't find me attractive anymore, I bet you love looking at the other girls at the gym ect." Oh' well it's part of being married huh..lol

These statements come from high hormones, not actual insecurities, or however is spelled. Try a good anti-e after she quits feeding. Kind of joking, kinda not
