I have never used steroids before, but have a bottle of Winny on the way. The only problem is that I have been told/read tons of different ways to use it. As of right now I ONLY have the winny. I am a little over 5'10" 230 lbs. with a "o-lineman" build (meaning that I have a gut with extra bodyfat around my arms, thighs, and chest). I am looking to burn off at least 20 lbs. of fat if not more, but I want to keep the muscle that I have now. On previous diets, I have lost a lot of muscle to lose just 25 lbs. overall. I have been working out for over 6 years. At the moment, I workout 3 times a week (upper body only because I have tendonitis in both knees). I also do cardio 2-3 times a week (running and swimming). I need some advice on how to shred the extra fat and also some suggestions on the winny.
