    Should I? Help plz

Hello, I know the pro hormone section is disabled for new posts, but I want to ask, Im 19 and I have been training for nearly 2 years. I was 53kilo now 71kilo.

But for 6months my weight has just stayed the same and its killing me, Ive tried the diets etc, more calorie intake but at times my appetite is just closed.

I started on a Creatine now , superpump 250 which took me to 73 kilos last time i used it,

But im thinking of taking sus250. For 1 cycle, with help of my close family members who have taken them etc...

    What do you think??

It also kills me , im lactose introllerent i cant buy the 100% whey :S. I take this other protein.

    Thanks.

My goals are to reach just 75 really, and im struggling to, depression gets to me at times and paying for all these supplements are not helping, financially.

im now 71 because i stopped creatine and the water/fluids from that have gone , so back to 71. Personally I dont care about BF and How much i push, its all about my weight, it always has been, Ive been skinny all my life, and now im beating that. But 2 years of training i just feel its time for the 1 cycle :S Plus here in Australia summer is coming and I want to be looking great.

All the guys at the gym are like to me , go on one cycle because you are a hard worker when it comes to training etc...

Training is 30% of the battle my friend...Most people can train...Not everyone can eat!

i agree training in 30% 70% is diet, if you say you cant put on the weight, its probably because you have reached your peak, taking in note you suffer from depression steroids would not be a good choice, it fu** up your hormones big time, and it will make u more depressed.

i shouldnt be encouraging you, but from what ive read, if you do decide to do one cycle, im not saying do it, im just advising you what you could do as it seems like you want one cycle, read up on a test cycle, just test, with nothing else, it had minimal sides, maximum gains, and novice users seem to deal with it well, pple on this site have had fab results just from a low test course for around 10 weeks, and you tend to keep most the gains.

Yeah I think ive hit a brick wall as they say. I eat 5 times a day and im trying to eat as much as I can. Im lifting more, its just the weight isnt going up lol.

I understand the concept of 30% training, 70% diet. ITs just I do that, and now the brick wall is still there! lol. I might try the 1 minimum cycle, Im also trying atm the carbs diet with more carbs .... see what happens.

It's actually more like this: 70% diet, 15% training, 15% SLEEP

I don't care how many cals you eat or how hard you train...If you aren't getting a solid 7-9 hours every night, you are missing out!

yes, i agree sleep is key to muscle growth! people think they are building muscle during workout; on the contrary the workout is completely catabolic. it is the sleep that makes us grow and replenish muscle cell growth
    caloric intake is equally important

i don't see how people say they gain weight on pre workout supps.. superpump has like 1g of creatine in it, the rest is just for pumps.

you shouldn't cycle yet, from what it sounds you don't have your diet in check at all. on a normal day, what do you eat? just give us a brief outline. 19 is still young, and 2 years of lifting isn't that long. but i will commend you on gaining that weight, thats like 50 pounds

Well i eat every 3 hours, i dont count exact calories etc, because its a middle eastern dish all the time, different meals etc.

When it comes to sleeping i sleep 8 hours max, should I try 9? :S

by the time i finish the cycle i will be 20, if thats another point I could add.

Its just i feel my appetite is always down, and its hard to get in those foods at times.

Im going to try oatmeal in the morning, as I saw it has 880 calories, thats good for me.

    My kinda outline is:

    7am Morning before training :
Superpump 250 (because if i eat, runs will happen :S it does say empty stomach)

    9:30 after training:
Whey 100% with some potatoes boiled.

    1pm:
Meal, steak or some time of 'Meat' if its white or red
    Potatoes or rice

    3-4pm
    Same meal

    7pm
    Same meal

    11pm
    Whey 100% with egg whites

    Sleep.

    Plus 2 multivitams every day
