Im not sure what to use....im about 5'7 5'8 weigh about 170 pounds and currently am about 25% body fat...but i dont like fat i have muscle tone so u cant notice my body fat i have a really strong upper body...i want to get into the 200 pound range or close at least...i want to get something thatll get me ripped...preferably something i can take orally but ill do either one...please ppl any info will be greatly appreciated...and not anything that has a high risk of dieing or anything haha something generally safe
