i think 13-15% BF but i really have no clue if its right just going by how much lbs of fat i think i have but i actually can see my abs when standing up.
I am gearing cause im so light,and cant grow.I
lifting 2 years only 2 months actually bodybuilding correctly because i was a stupid teen(starving for fat loss only 3 days at a time,not enough protein,no food after workout in school because the lunches there are for fat asses and no lean meat)
Im acutally very strong my bench is 190 and squat 250 dead 225(dont do evr).
This is 1st cycle i know a lot more than u think ive been reading about this for about 3 months.Cycle i think= 12 weeks test cyp 1000 mgs/week 1st week (frontload) then 2-12 test cyp 500 mgs/week also 1-4 dianabol 20mgs/ed.Have no clue for what pct should be or how long i think i should stay off gear for 4 months and dont know how long actual pct should be or what should be in it.
Diet=2000 cals 180-220 grams protein trust me my diets good
Vitamin and hcg doses are measured in iUs but how many mg s and ml s are in one iu,is iu on a syringe?
