bad if you are trying to lose weight. If you are just trying to have a comfortable life, then why not.

It's counteractive toward your goals most likely. but if you are happy where you are, then go for it.

its not too bad if u had it with your protein. im guessing the carbs wud come from sucrose so id cann it and stick with dextrose/maltodextrin

Its counter productive to do after your cardio! You first use glycogen to burn through in order to get to the body fat to use for a fuel source. After that it makes no sense to try and fill glycogen back up right after cardio,it should be pro/fat. Skip the gatorade post cardio and reap the full benefits of MR TREADMILL!!!...TOP

The Op did not specify the reason he is doing this, so I would say:

You are correct if the OP wants to lose fat.
You are wrong if the OP needs to improve is aerobic endurance, for example being a mma fighter.

OP, find better sources of glucides if your case is the second one.

I would assume he is drinking it for the taste because like you said there are much better options out there (if case #2).

my take on sports drinks is the are just a product from a marketing superpower.

    its a gimmick.

only time ive seen people actually get a true benefit from it is marathon runners or long distance athletes. even then they still say theres better stuff out there.

after 60-90 minutes of running i can see how it can be of some use.

but i still chuckle when i see a fat guy eating a power bar and gatorade. so indirectly gatorade has a comical value.

I like it. +1 for you sir. To the OP, I don't care what the goal is - there is a better drink out there for you. Add some chia seeds to your water.

Yes don't use anything but water. drink it like its a beer and apply it to any situation

good pwo? is a beer good pwo, no so then that is your answer.
How many times per day? how many times per day is a beer good to drink, none, there is your answer.
Why should I drink it? as a cheat meal and for taste only!!

energy drinks are good to stimulate your taste buds, but that is it.
