Wks 1-11: Tren Ace 75MG ED
Wks 1-4: Dbol 40 MG ED (I know, i know, but i have a half-bottle laying around and cant think of using it for anything else so...)
Wks 1-12: Letro .25MG E3D
Start P.C.T one day after last injection.
Wks 12-18: Nolvadex 25MG ED
Wks 12-16: Clomid 20MG ED
Wks 12-16: Proviron 50MG ED OR Aromasin 50MG ED
Wks 10-14: HCG 500iu 2x a week.
Diet looks like this:
Meal 1:
8 egg whites
80 gram oatmeal (dry weight)
4 fish oil gel caps
Meal 2
6 oz chicken
7.5 oz cooked sweet potato
1 table spoon olive oil
Meal 3
6 oz chicken, turkey or beef
175 grams cooked barley
1 table spoon almond oil
Meal 4
Repeat meal 3, but replace barley with 175 grams cooked lentils
Meal 5
Repeat meal # 2, add 4oz of mixed veggies
Meal 6
6 oz beef or chicken
7.5 oz of Baked Potato
4oz of mixed veggies.
300 grams strawberries/blueberries
6oz of green Salad with 1 tablespoon olive oil
So like the title says, How am i looking?
