Diet and cardio bro. I promise nothing is better. Don't get into any cycles until you've progressed as far as you can naturally. BTW whats your age and training experience??

You're going to get hammered by all these morons on this site who think they know everything, and love to hijack threads and insult you for no reason, so let me save you their bullshit. First, you should only be considering "steroids" if your over 21 (and in all honestly, men don't stop growing until 23 years of age, so 21 is really an understatement). Second, I'd recommend that since you don't know whats what, you should read up a little on the components of the cycles (search each one on this site and you'll find ample info). You always want to understand what your taking before and while your taking it. Here's some suggestions that are pretty good, they can be found on this websites main page: (1) http://www.steroid.com/novicecycle1.php
    (2) http://www.steroid.com/novicecycle2.php (although I'm not a D-bol fan)
    (3) http://www.steroid.com/novicecycle3.php

side note: When having the option of clomid or nolvadex, always go with nolvadex.

Another side note. I completely agree with Reed. You really shouldn't consider steroids until you've come to a natural plateau. Steroids are the lazy man's way out imo.

Try herbs first. It is always good knowledge to have later on in life. Try some trib and bcaa's figure out how to diet right on controlling your natural hormone levels. Theres plenty of info on the internet on this. If you want some links send me a message. But i totally agree with Reed on pushing all you can naturally. You wont regret it if you do this. You will set your base and keep those gains more and longer throughout the years.

Yeah bud stay away from anything that plays with you hormones at that age. You'll benefit in the long run from this, I know I did. I know its hard at your age but if your focused it will work. Look into the diet section for a good diet and decide a good training regiment, stick with it. If you need any other help just let me know. Good luck bud.
