I'm planning on eating clean with the exception of some pizzas and thick steaks. 40/40/20
Training will be 3 on and 2 off, hitting each body part every eight days. Maybe more. I have issues like this. No planned cardio as I'm in the construction field and this can be quite labor intensive.
