Dunno the best PCT after Deca Susta D-Bol cycle

i am still in deca susta n d-bol cycle...have been running for 1 week.i will finish it till week 12. ..but i'd like to prepare my PCT since i only have tamofen as nolvadex(tamoxifen citrate) and proviron. some article here said that those must run with clomid or arimidex but i cant find those in my country.

is it okay with just two compunds (Tamofen and Proviron) for PCT?is it enough to avoid gyno?
