Basically it is a tear of the cartilage between the hip and leg joint ring and the impingement is the leg and hip hitting or tracking improperly. Looking to see how repair and rehab went.

I have FAI, had open surgery to repair, Some good doctors can repair it arthoscopicly, but you have to find a good skilled doctor. But with my surgery, Took about 8-9 months for pretty much recovery. Most will take at least a year. I had both hips done.
