    Stana cycle

    Hey starting up a cycle of injectable stana, not 100% sure i have all the info dialed in yet though and still getting my PCT sorted. Can anyone point me to a good reputable source of info about cycling stana ad post cycle for it?

    I have recieved alot of information, but non from fully reputable sources, just want too make sure i'm 100% certain and have absolutly all bases covered before is start up.

    ur pct should include nolmadex and clomid or hcg

    furthermore a winny only cycle is not the best idea

    diet summary/# meals per day
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience (including current one with dosege)
    pct/estrogen control knowledge

    What were you expecting to get outta this proposed cycle COAST?

    diet summary/# meals per day 5 meals 3000 cals 40% pro 40% fat 2-% carb
    years lifting / workout split 4, rippetoe starting strength
    cycle experience (including current one with dosege) none
    pct/estrogen control knowledge limitied.

    Hence why i posted for a link too some reputable information.

    Im looking too increase strength and cut some body fat.

    So youre 6 ft and roughly 200lbs...
    And diet looks decent, at least the macros do...

    Well generally, the census for a beginner cycle is Test E or C @205mg 2xW for 12wks...
    A Test E cycle is good for beginners because it allows you to see how your body will react to AAS...
    I would suggest running this with a proper PCT and then see where you want to go from there...

    Ok i will look into it a bit more and see what my source can get.

    Just while we are on post-cycle, iv'e got a mate getting on the clen to cut, is there anything needed for that? im under impression there isn't, but havn't looked into it at all.
