Potency determination

how would you determine the potency of gear by looking at the dosages (i.e. 200mg/2ml, 250mg/1ml) Sorry guys, I looked in the educational section to try and find a article about it, i could not. Thanks a lot guys.

mg is the potency of the drug
ml is the amount
so 200mg/2ml =100 mg/ml
250 mg/ml =250 mg/ml

So would i be correct in assuming from your statement that the higher the mg dosage/per ml would be stronger? thanks
