hi im a 24 m about 162 lbs 5'5" ive never cycled im in ok shape got decent definition just wanna bulk up while staying with a good cut i work out maybe three to five days a week depending on work schedule any work out plans will also help can never have to many workouts anyways i want to start a test cycle just dont know where to start or even what does what and how ay help would be a great start thank to all
