I noticed DHEA on the main page under diet & fitness/supplement profiles. It stated that DHEA could add more muscle mass, so I went ahead & ordered some. Now that I've had time to read some of the other threads, it seems that people don't tend to think that it does much. But since I already have it, I'll give a try anyway.
My question is, "When & how much do you take?" I'm just curious if it should be taken: alone/with meals/in the morning/at night/spaced over the day, or taken with something else, such as some simple sugars. I can't find info anywhere (here or online) on the best way to use this stuff.![]()
