This stuff is irrelevent... Its all "possible", but if your takin steroids anyway, the "possible" long term side effects of SERM's should hardly the least of your worries...

Test might make cancer grow but it doesn’t cause cancer.

Thanks for the article. I am always trying to learn more about how all this can affect us.

More recent human research has reported tamoxifen treated women to have 3x the risk of developing fatty liver disease, which occurs as soon as 3 months into therapy at only 20mg/day. (24-26) In some cases, the disease lasts up to 3 years, despite cessation from tamoxifen therapy. Five and ten year follow-ups with patients on long term tamoxifen therapy shows cases of deadly hepatocellular carcinoma.
From this I gather that there is very limited risk from a 4-6wk treatment of it like we would use for a PCT. What it doesn't tell you is if it is has a cumulative effect. 4 wks now, 4 wks 6 months from now, etc. can correlate to similar effects in the liver. My guess would be that it wouldn't, but that's all it is is a guess.

"Toremifene appears to be less liver toxic, but it is a closely related analog of tamoxifen, so it also carries many of the related genotoxic effects."

Knowing this, and that people are running successful pcts with it, it is nice to know there are alternatives out there regardless the size of the risk.

Im not getting on you dude, i read the article. It was interesting, though i dont think it will affect many peoples attitudes on doing a PCT.

    But, information is information nonetheless...
