depends bro, you won't hit a bone with a 1 1/2" but to be safe or if you are not extremely thick in your quads, go with a 1", and remember; if you are going to do a spot injection in your balls, then use a 25 gauge 5/8"

ok, now that i reread this, i feel obligated to state "DO NOT INJECT IN YOUR BALLS" I could see somebody posting later saying that Grant said that you could spot inject in your testicles but now i have three balls..........hey, does anybody remember that kid who asked about that??

MAN!!! All I can say is ouuuuucccchhhh. I had a vasectomy about a year ago and the Doc had to numb the tube that attaches to your ball and I'll tell you what that hurt BAD. Felt like it was going to explode. Just had to share that.

I use 22 gauge 1" into thigh, the soreness doesn't compare to that in your ass. But it also depends on what your injecting? I used Sus 250. Just my two cents!

yeah that was a funny thread when old boy talked about shooting sust into his knee cap and shoulder blades. also, I have been using 22g in my glutes ans the only time it got sore was the day afer my first test shot and the day after my first deca300 shot. I'm gonna stick with glutes becaue its so easy and painless

I couldn't get a 22ga into my quads, but 25ga works fine. Anybody ever tried injecting into the teardrop above the knee?

my boy used to do it all the time no problem but i prefer to not stick it in anything with a name like teardrop.
