    Too much food at once?

    I work till 11pm and go to the gym immediately after. Normally I have time for my PWO Pure Mass shake, and then a PPWO meal before bed.

    Sometimes tho I have to work overtime and don't get out of the gym till like 3 in the morning. So I take my shake and miss the PPWO meal.

    Would I be better off having just one big meal of real food (Pro Carb and a small amount of good fat) instead of the shake? Could I have both? Or would that be too much food PWO and end up turning into fat?

    Any suggestions or alternatives appreciated.

    i would say go for the huge meal if you are bulking. maybe a smaller shake and a smaller meal would work too. i wouldnt worry about the carbs too much as most of them will be replenishing your glycogen stores. definitely get some slow digesting proteins to last you throughout the night as well

    you dont need to splurge on carbs PWO. 50g would be fine. just have a scoop of whey, a little cottage cheese, 4oz of chicken and a few red potatoes.
