i just had gyno surgery, and i also would like to learn more on this subject... i learned alot from stickies, which i suggest u look over, if u already didnt... from what i understand arimidex and proviron are most commonly used as an AI... there is also letro, which could be used to reverse gyno as well... jic... dont forget about ur pct either aka serm... this is a post cycle remedy to enhance ur natural test levels , as well blocking estrogen... bump for more info

Tell them you want the entire gland removed. It will make the nipple look different, but theres no chance in **** you'll get gyno again.

oh... and as far is ur surgery is goes, make sure ur doc is board certified... when u go in for pre surg, ask him if he is going to take the whole gland out...from the info i get, if 100% of the gland is removed, ur chances of getting gyno again, are slim to none... i also recomend u go to a plastic surgeon, to many horror stories of gs making it worse...

guess i was a little late... jigga , not to question ur wisdom, i read alot of ur post and u seem very intell in this area... but from what i read on doc sites, there is a very slim chance of getting gyno, even if the entire gland is removed... im going to take and ai, just in case... the surgery isnt bad, but the time off sucks.... and i also have q..? when do most start gear after surg..?

How much you paying and where are you? also go over what you want with the doctor carefully....cause takeing out the enitre gland and even too much fat can give your chest a caved in look.....AND YES STILL USE AN AI DURING CYCLE

Im from Australia, and my private health fund is going to cover it. The doctor seems ok, and I just want it out cause they stick out most of the time, especially when I wear a shirt.

So from what I understand is that if the glands are removed they most likely wont come back on a cycle, and I should take Arimidex just incase...

From what I have heard it's not a good idea to remover 100% of the gland....cause once your chest looks caved in.....there is nothing you can do to reverse it....and yes run adex anyway's at least EOD just to be on the safe side.
