    my diet

    Can someone critique it please. It's been working for me the past 3 months in a lean bulk but I would like to maybe change it up or just hear some thoughts on what or where somethings may need to be moved around.

    8:30
    2 scoops whey
    1 cup oats
    banana

    11:00
    5 oz tilapia
    1 tbsp natty peanut butter
    1/2 cup green beans

    1:00
    5 oz Orange roughy
    sweet potato

    3:00
    chicken breast
    1/2 cup green beans
    cup of apple slices

    5:00
    2 cans of tuna
    1 tbsp ff mayo

    PWO
    2 scoops whey
    2 scoops Waxy Maize
    10g BCAA

    PPWO
    some kind of lean protein
    1/2 cup brown rice
    veggies

    Before bed
    2 scoops whey
    1/2 tbsp flax seed oil
