I always just say sure, and in my mind it makes me feel better , cause atless I know its doing what I want.

Real life situation...Me and 2 of my buddies were in a store in the mall... This chick was with her boyfriend looking at clothes... She gave all 3 of us a dirty look, an we heard her say quietly and under her breathe to her boyfriend "god damn fu*kin steroid heads"...she did this as they were walking out...

We were all completely shocked. I kid you not, we looked at each other and laughed like, wtf?

cuz he said to look like me, it just cant be done without drugs.

but he goes on crazy crash diets, CRAZY workout circuits that he does for a week then gets disapointed, etc.

i went from 270lbs of fatness, to shredded 167, and im now at 204.

but i eat 6x a day, i train 5 days a week.

they dont see the fact i live it 24/7 - cuz i could easily go back to being fat.

no one sees the time i've put in over the years - and because they can't do it - out of jealousy i find most blame it on "roids"......

ive been asked before but i always change the answer depending on who asks. like if its a friend that asks me ill pretty much tell them and not care but if its some random person ill just be like are you serious? and say does it really look like im on steroids

Couldn't agree with you more..people assume that you can eat whatever you want, lift once in a while, and look outstanding within a couple of months. It's a shame how posioned their minds are.
