I am about to do my third cycle:
Sus250@500mg/w 12 weeks
Clomid@200mg W1, 100mg/3 weeks
I will be going to the gym 6 days a weeks, But I will also be doing Cardio twice a day 4 days a week, Morning will be light run, then Gym followed by kickboxing at night. My goal is to gain quality lean muscle I dont care If I put on 1 kg or 20kg. Im not going for a mass or a cutting cycle but more of a bulk+cut so I stay lean whilst putting on a bit of muslce.
I have heard that this much cardio will slow down gains, but will it slow it down to nothing? Will it be pointless? Will I still get descent gains, My workouts are good diet is descent 300g protein a day,
