Efi while on PCT?

Hello,

i am curently on my third day of PCT( Proviron + Nolva )
Now i am wondering, if it's ok to take some efi, because i have to take it for a test of endurance(hopefully it will help me some) .

So my question is,
can i mix these three substances ?

I actualy only found out about this 3 weeks ago, and i don't have that much time, because this exam is next week, and i am actualy in preety bad shape now( not that bad, my time was about 12:30 minutes when i started training , but still any help that i can get ... )

So how much clen would be best for me, i will have to take clen, lets say on saturday, so that i try it out, and than wednesday, 24. when i will have this test.

Also, does clen show up in any drug tests ?! because i think that they do recreational drug tests( weed, speed,cocain, ... )after these tests.

I wouldn't recommend ephedrine on PCT.

Not sure how much the stack is going to help you b/c I don't know your time right now, I think thats why no one is answering. Its not going to guarantee you make that in 11 minutes.

yeah i know, that's why i have to try, but my question is , will CLENBUTEROL show on any recreational drug tests(made about a week after the test ) .
And also, what dosage would i try ? that's why i mentioned that they are 20mcg tablets, and let me mention again , i will try clen on monday, to test it out(do a try run) and than use it on wednesday on the test.

are you referring to a 2 mile test for the military or something? ECA (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) is not recommended during pct since you should be trying to hold on to every calorie you have to prevent catabolism. Clen, though better for pct than ECA, may make you cramp up while running. if you must use something to help with the running i would say ephedrine over the two since the running performance is probably more important than the minuscule amount of muscle that you may loose. ephedrine is perfectly legal so no worries about it showing up on a drug screen

well that was the actual answer i was looking for, so thank you oneshot, and also yes, that is the test, that i ment, and actualy i don't care about the catabolism at this point, i just want to make the test. so what dosage of ECA should i use? I will want to try it out first, like i said on monday, and do a try run, so that i see my minutes. I think that my tablets are 50mg, so should i take half the tablet , maybe even a quarter for the first time ?

50 mg E, 200-300 mg C, and a couple aspirin and you will be good to go. no need to go any lower than 25 mg of the E.

ok, so i will firstly try out 25mg of Eph. i also have these caffein pills, that have a couple of other things in them.
Here are the ingridients :
Caffein: 270 mg
yerba mate: 100 mg
Green tea : 50 mg
Guarana: 50 mg
Sybirian gingsen: 50 mg
Cola nut: 40 mg
Paprika: 10 mg

Will these caffein pills also do me good, cause i don't want to go spendin money on new ones, if i already have these?
Also how much aspirin do you guys take with E ?

And i'm actualy considering taking Ephedrine only, because caffein never did me any good, whenever i took it i felt nothing, maybe even felt a little dizzy from it. So how would ephedrine only work ? Actualy can someone explain, why it's mixed with caffein and aspirin ?

i would avoid clen as it will more then likely cramp you up resulting in a slower time. Ephedrine has always helped me as it is a bronchodialator which helps breathing which could result in a faster time. Try it out, see how it works.

yep, tnx, i actualy already have the ephedrine at home can someone explain why it has to be mixed with caffein and aspirine ( read my above post for more info )

yes you can take just the ephedrine but the caffeine will really magnify the effects. try a smaller dose of caffeine if you really need to. the aspirin is also somehow supposed to make you more sensitive to the drugs i think. there was a really good read somewhere on exactly why the caffeine and aspirin were needed but i cant seem to find it now. yes those caffeine pills will work just fine. try about 100 mg or aspirin.

ok guys, so i'm gonna do it like this :
for starters : 25mg's of Ephedrine, 270mg of caffeine ( one pill that i mentioned in an above post ), and one 100mg tablet of aspirin.

If 25mg's won't be enough, should i try taking the whole pill ? Or do you guys think that 25mg's will do me just ok for the first two days ?

50 mg isnt too crazy for a first time. maybe start with 25 if you're kinda hesitant but you shouldnt have a problem with 50, wven if it's your first time
