Ok, well first you want to use a easy to blend protein powder for this.
Recipe:
2 scoops protein powder
2 Tbs Natural P-Nut butter
Mix you powder with a little warm water until it is blended well (use a fork) Add the water a little at a time so you dont make it thin. Put in your PB and whip it together until it is blended smooth.
Man this stuff is goos for a snack. The texture is like caramel and tastes like reeces cups!!
