Looking for someone to help me translate this data. I am finished with a cycle of Test Enth (600mg per week) went up to 202 lbs from a starting weight of 192 with more body fat than should have been.
How are these numbers trending? I'm confused as to if I'm loosing muscle along the way or am I just loosing the BF ?
Basically doing 45 min of high level cardio a day (M-F) eating clean. I could also use a bit of help as to what my calories should be per day for my weight.
