What's up fellas?! I'm on week 5 of a 10 WEEK Test Cyp cycle.. 400 mgs per week (200 X 2)
Just got back from NYC for four days (saw the last game at Yankee Stadium)
My diet has been garbage since Friday...literally nothing but pizza, hotdogs, pretzels and ice cream(stayed witha friends family..they're slobs, thats all that was available..havent even touched a vegtable or piece of fruit since Friday...I know I know...Ijust got home tonight and the diet is back on track) I also did a ton of walking...but my problem is this...
My ankles are FAT..I mean really FAT...they also feel really swollen and I can definately tell there is alot of fluid in there. With getting the sodium out of my diet, will the swelling reduce?
WTF can I do to get these things back to normal? They were fine before I left and now they are freaking me out! Was it a result of alot of walking in flip flops and eating trash? Is there anything I can take to reduce the swelling? I cant even see the bones of my feet...arrrrgggg
Any advice or insight would be GREATLY appreciated!!
