    Cankles...help!!

    What's up fellas?! I'm on week 5 of a 10 WEEK Test Cyp cycle.. 400 mgs per week (200 X 2)

    Just got back from NYC for four days (saw the last game at Yankee Stadium)

    My diet has been garbage since Friday...literally nothing but pizza, hotdogs, pretzels and ice cream(stayed witha friends family..they're slobs, thats all that was available..havent even touched a vegtable or piece of fruit since Friday...I know I know...Ijust got home tonight and the diet is back on track) I also did a ton of walking...but my problem is this...

    My ankles are FAT..I mean really FAT...they also feel really swollen and I can definately tell there is alot of fluid in there. With getting the sodium out of my diet, will the swelling reduce?

    WTF can I do to get these things back to normal? They were fine before I left and now they are freaking me out! Was it a result of alot of walking in flip flops and eating trash? Is there anything I can take to reduce the swelling? I cant even see the bones of my feet...arrrrgggg

    Any advice or insight would be GREATLY appreciated!!

    wow lol i would say its a combo of walking a lot and eating all that sodium if you didnt before, i piged out once for a week during a 13 week cutter and gained 18 pounds in one week, but it all came off some what fast

    BUMP (no one has gotten swollen fingers, toes, ankles, wrists from CYP?)

    I did some reading on peripheal adema, and it stated that flying, walking long distances, salty foods and testosterone are all factors---all of which I did this weekend...so not freaking out as bad as I was) anyone else had this and found a way to remedy it...obviously diet # 1

    thoughts?

    i never heard of that before bro. not to that extent anyway. what is your bf% right now? are both ankles the same?

    I would say it is a result of all the bad food and walking.....give it a couple of days, and it should correct itself...

    I hope you're right Jstraw! The right foot seems to have come down a little bit. My left one one is still real funny looking. No pain...but they FEEL FAT and look FATTER! I actually cant even make out the bones through the skin on the tops of my feet, or see any definition on my ankle bone...its really weird.

    My BF is around 12%. I've always been lean, and have never held any water previously. I dont have any moon face going on..its just bloated feet.


    you guys know of anything to take that will reduce puffiness from water retention? (I can tell you what not to take...hotdogs, pretzels and NY Pizza!)

    That is all i think it is, but i am not a doctor nor am i there.......Just watch it carefully over the next couple of days.....Drink plenty of water, and resme with your normal diet....if the swelling does not reduce, then you should maybe go see a doctor....

    But i really think it was from all the crap you ate.....
