Dodgy side effects

Im currently using sustanon 250 500mg a week.

Basically a day or 2 after i inject i fell crap have a fever and get bad mood swings including feeling a little depresed.
I have no energy what so ever no appetite and feel really drowsy.
My freind started when i did and suffers the same, i injected lastnight today i feel shite although last week it didnt bother me at all.

Is this normal?
Is there anyway to prevent it?

how are you spacing out your injections? eod is preferred but every 3.5 is accepted with sust...

I was doin it wrong 500mg once a week but as of last night ive halfed the dose to twice a week could this be the cause?

i believe it may be the cause. your having huge spikes in your body which can result in flu like symptoms

Ye it feels like flu do you think it will go with me changing my injection times as it is affecting my diet and workout.

As above i was doin it once a week 2cc only last night i changed to 1cc every 3.5 days

i think it will fix itself now that you fixed injections. try doing a little cardio while your sick it helps me feel relaxed and even good after
