TheTV Out port of your display card is not working properly.
This copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is enabled.

check for drivers for the video card.. otherwise you have a damaged card.. or the connectors aren't working..
but that's not likely..

key word is formated... you are starting from scratch. which means you dont have any drivers installed. use the dell disc that came with the inspiron and reload the missing drivers. if not go into device manager, see if you are missing anything. also check to see if you video card drivers are installed.Originally Posted by god-send
