Hey guys ... I've just got a batch of a new stuff and I don't know how to take it. I wonder if anyone could give me some help?

I got this greek - ukrain stuff called Tectoctepohy nponiohat 5% (6amps), Primobolan Depot 100mg (6amps), Testosterone Enanthate / Norma 1ml oil inj.sol. 250mg/ml (12 amps), Nolvadex Tamoxifen 10mg (60 pills) and Pregnyl Chorionic gonadotrophin 3amp + 3 amp at 1ml solvent.

Now ... I have no idea how to take them and it's all writen in greek - ukrainian - russian!?! Does anyone know how to mix them and how take them and/or what they are for... I'm very confused - help!

One of my friends used to give me steroids and tell me how to take them. I have had Deca, testosterone injections and Diabol tablets (they upset my stomach).
Age - 37 yo
height - 5'7
weight - 9 stone 4 (not trainned for 2 months - was 10 stone 3)
body fat % - none
diet - always under weight and used steroids to bulk me up - no specific diet - still eat 3 times a day though.
yrs trainnning - near 3 years (minimum 5/6 times a week!
Haven't trainned for 2 months cos my buddy has moved away and I lost all my bulk but still have amazing body definition!
my goal is to build bulk as quick as possible.
Before I started trainning 3 years ago I was 8 stones.

I eat as much red meat and protein shakes as possible whilst training. I take the steroids because it's impossible for me to gain weight any other way.

If your only eating three times a day bro then your not eating enough, i eat 8 times a day just to maintain my weight.

Its not all about protein, you need fats and carbs for your stats you should be consuming about 3500cals a day, and i bet your nearer 2000....

I am back training on Monday too!
Now any idea how to use those stuff combined with my new improved diet - I could use some help with the greek - ukranian amps. ; )

Could someone explain to me all this "stone" translation into POUNDS! I see it all the time, kg's not as hard to figure out but "stones"?? I take it from they use this in the UK?

there are 14 pounds in 1 stone or 1 pound equal 0.5 kg
so my current weight will 126.4 pounds roughtly or 63.2 Kg !

LOOK, you can't grow a plant without water and nutrients

you can NOT grow a body (no matter how many steroids you take) without the PROPER FOOD

you have taken steroids before and you are STILL way UNDER WEIGHT

steroids are NOT magic...if you don't eat CORRECTLY, then your gains will be LOSSES as you have clearly experienced !!

You need to eat complete meals EVERY TWO HOURS if you want to grow !! that is 8-9 meals EVERYDAY of GOOD quality food, NOT SHAKES

you really don't have enough gear to put together a good cycle, so IF you decide to use it, you will get the SAME results as you have in the past and end up losing

You have to EAT TO GROW !!

I got it guys ... I have to eat more and eat right ! I was doing it before and gained good weight mass. I have however lost it for various reasons that are not the case here. I have a healthy living and eating and I will take every single adivse on board. I still don't know how to use these things I got though. I don't want to lose money and the stuff and I want to combine them with my "eating more" habit that we have all stabilished. Could someone give me a clue what they are and how to take them please because I already have got the idea of the eating more thing. Now I need a straight answer please - how to take them? I am scared of taking them the wrong way and my 3 years training have proved that they do help me grow combined with an increased diet. I just need someone more experienced with these stuff to tell me what the best way of combining them with my diet - could someone please help ?!? I am sorry to be so straight forward - I understand the need to eat more and I will ... I just want to know how I should be taking these things when the right time comes along!

If you really want to take all the "adivse" this forum gives you...then take all of the gear you just got, put it in a box in the back of your closet...and maybe..just maybe in a year of good diet and training you can CONSIDER doing them.

I already gave you advice on the gear you have...you don't have enough to run a decent cycle, you will not lose your money, just hold on to it til you can get more and get that diet in line FIRST

you need to be able to get to and maintain your NATURAL potential before you can expect to keep and maintain your gains from steroids......
