    Pain down left side

Hello, I finally decided to try my first test e cycle. I started about 3 weeks ago. I weigh about 200lbs and have been training off and on since college. I got pretty serious almost 2 years ago now and havn't stopped since. Jobs have in the past kept me on the move, but it seems things may have calmed down for now. Hopefully someone can shead some light on what's going on. Like I say I started about 3 weeks my sixth inj should be today. about 4-5 days ago I started getting a swollen kind of bloated feeling in my left side. At first I thought it was just a common bloat feeling so I started my AI (aromasin) at 20mg eod. It hasn't helped at all. If anything the pain/swollen feeling is getting worse. I can press on my side and there is no pain however just sitting here it feels swollen inside. I take support supps daily, for kidneys, liver, and somthing to keep my glucose stable. I also take a multi and eat a good amount of clean food every day. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Swelling, where exactly is the swelling? Is it from your last jab?

The swelling/pressure seems to be located on my left side just below my ribs.

You may have strained something likely has little or nothing to do with steroids.

Ok then mate, see a gp if your worried, it's impossible to form a diagnosis without specific info and or seeing you.

I understand, it's hard to try and help knowing very little about all the variables. What kind of info would you need to know? I really don't want to go see a gp, I would want to be honest about what I am doing and with out question he or she would blame everything on that. Anytime I have ever gone to a gp in the past with any issues and say oh by the way I am taking some oral ph's or some natural test boosters it doesn't even matter what they are, the doc says well you need to stop using that stuff. I am just concerned that if I continue with my inj's this condition will get worse, if I don't know what's causing it or how to relive it.

I imagine if I strained something during a lift it would feel like any other muscle pain I have, not a pressure like I have a small balloon in my stomach.

I don't think it's steroid related mate, but thats as far as i'm prepared to go.
I wish i could help, but guessing really won't help you.
I'd just give it a few days, if it starts to get worse then i think your only option would be to see a doc. But it doesn't sound serious, again though, i'm just guessing.

I really appreciate your trying to help.

I will throw this out there, it's what I have been chewing on for the past couple days trying to figure out what may be the cause. I have pretty bad allergies and when I was tested a couple years ago I was told among other things I am allergic to beef. Since I started this cycle I have really made the effort to up my protien intake. I drink lots of egg whites, eat about a pound of chicken a day, cup of oatmeal for breakfast, pb&j samwhich etc. I also try to drink atleast a gallon of water a day. I addition to that I started eating about 1/2 lb of lean hamburger for dinner. I realized I may not be processing or breaking down the upped intake of protien which may be the cause of this stomach/pressure feeling. This is all just a guess but I read about including NAC from some thread and when I read some more about it NAC aids in the breakdown of protien. I also ordered some supp to aid digestion. Like I said just throwing it out there. I really don't want to have to stop this first simple cycle so eairly into it because of pressure in my stomach.

I would love to think so however the gas pills (simethicone) I take on a daily basis to try and keep the protein farts to a min aren't even touching it. I am also beginning to wonder if the aromasin isn't agreeing with me. I only just started that last Tuesday so I have had 4 pills total so far. It's hard to say, it is however really uncomfortable. I really would like to think this is bloat I just need to figure out how to control it. I don't know what to do from here, I should have some new supps at home when I get off work to help establish good bacteria in my stomach and bowls. I got sick about 2 weeks ago and had to run an antibiotic for 7 days. I was supposed to run it a full 10 however it upset my stomach and I stopped it. Come to think of it I think that was the beginning of this feeling it just hasn't gone away but slowly has gotten worse.

Figured I would update the condition today so if I can figure this out it might help someone else in the future.
I didn't eat my normal meals last night, just had a salad and some brown rice for dinner. I took some lecithin some extra fiber and an herbal tea to help move things along just incase if that was the issue. Instead of taking my aromasin I had some left over old liquidex (chem) from a past ph cycle, I took some of that instead. I woke up this morning after a good nights sleep with no pain. The pressure was gone and I was very happy thinking I figured it out. I had my normal morning shake at home (about 5 eggwhites and some whey) then when I got to work I had my daily cup of oatmeal and not 10 min later that pressure feeling returned. So I am pressure free as long as I don't eat. Tells me the pressure feeling in my side is from the food I eat for breakfast or the fact that my stomach swells making room for the food impacting something else. I have been having this same routine for breakfast now for probably a couple months and never had a problem before telling me something else has changed.
