still bench 450 off cycle
Last cycle.
Pre cycle. Max bench was 355.
Post cycle Max bench was 405.
I can still do 405 and i finished my PCT like a week ago.
repping 275 prior to this cycle
repping 315 about 12 weeks in
i think he used bench as an example. post other stuff like squats, curls.... those type of things. also what u used for a cycle last cycle.

quick sum of my diet:
breakfast 10 egg whites
1/2 cup of oats
5 X8oz lean meat (chicken, fish, roast beef, london broil etc.) with mixed veggies
prewo nutrition, 1/2 rolled oats 20g protien shake
pwo 60g protien shake, piece of fruit(for the quick glycemic refill)
workout:
monday bi's and tri's 4 exercises each 4 sets per exercise
tuesday back 6 exercises (including good mornings or dead lifts) 4 sets per exercise
wednsday shoulders and traps 8 exercises 4 sets per exercise
thursday chest 8 exercises 4 sets per exercise
friday legs 6 exercises 4 sets per exercise
30 min cardio 3xweek m w f
sun basketball leauge game
shock every 3rd week

i injured my shoulder 2 weeks after my last cycle and have been out of the gym for 4 weeks.. thankfully i have held on to most of my gains and i think i can thank the var for that, it seems to help retain muscle well...

not a cutter....I used test p and tren a....ate more calories than a typical cutting diet but very clean....

no carbs after 5pm
only thing with lots of sugar and carbs was pwo shake with INSULIN
cardio was 20 min 3x/wk
Same with me. However I'm limiting carbs to solely 1 cup of brown rice at meals. No carbs after 6. Fat loss is brilliant. Not to mention the pumps.
Which week do you feel you really peaked? (this is not a hijack thread starter, this is still related to the original question).
brown rice is bad....it inhibits protein synthesis
I have never heard anyone say brown rice inhibits protein synthesis I`m calling bs on that though there are better choices for carbs liek sweet potatoes for example brown rice is still a good choice.
I've always found brown rice to be very helpful if not THE most helpful with the good carb factor, granted if it is taken at the right time of day.
Brown rice is the best carb source available, IMO. That and oats.
