Since the price in my country for protein powder has gone up by more than 100% I can't afford to buy it anymore
(And I'm talking about 90$ for 5 lbs!)
So what I eat for protein these days is pretty much this:
Eggs, Tuna, A local product that has 22 grams per 200 grams..
aaaand, well.. I can't think of anything else right now, can ya help me out a little bit?
