don`t know if this is in the right place
just wondering when is the best time after first cycle to try and strip away some fat
gained a bit around the waist while on cycle
i will leave it till pct is finished but would it be a good idea to cut calories after that and start some cardio which i didn`t do on cycle
i have just started wk 3 of pct got 1 week left
lost about 3lbs in the last 3 wks
age 47
weight 191 down from 194 at the end of cycle
BF 12% up about 2% i think
calories 4000
protein 350
carbs 550
fats 100
all approx
got a good knowledge of diet and what works for me
eat very clean through cycle
any advise
